Early Childhood Education
Building a solid foundation for success in school and later in life is the aim of KCSL's Early Education programs. In addition to school readiness, these programs focus on children’s health, nutrition and social development as well as provide support and resource referrals to families.

Early Head Start
Weekly home visitation supporting parents with children’s health, safety, and development, while helping new and expectant parents adjust.
Head Start
Comprehensive early childhood learning and development program for 3 and 4-year-olds including children with disabilities from income-eligible families. Offers center and home-based services in 10 southwestern Kansas counties.
Kansas Preschool Program
A state pilot project serving at-risk four-year-olds to promote healthy development and school readiness.
