Kinship Navigator

KCSL's Kinship Navigator assists grandparents, relatives or family friends raising children. in navigating the system to overcome the issues and barriers they may face in parenting the second time around. KCSL provides a dedicated case manager who connects caregivers with the services and assistance available at local and state levels, as well as assists in access to these benefits.
